CONTINUING EDUCATION PRE-LICENSING EXAM PREP APPRAISAL HOME INSPECTION PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Upon successfully completing your course(s), your school administrator will send you your completion certification(s) and notify your state licensing agency, if required. There is no need to call, this will be done automatically. If requested, your certificate can be faxed to you. Same day, weekend or holiday service will be provided for a RUSH SERVICE FEE of $25. We request a three days notification if this service is needed. Be sure to read our School Policies for refund and cancellation procedures.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
The Washington Real Estate Commission requires 30 hours of continuing education credit of which 3 hours MUST be the mandatory "CORE" course with a final exam. For the electives no final exams are required; however, each course does have quizzes that must be passed to receive credit. Agent's making their first renewal must also complete a 30 hour Real Estate Practices course.
Washington statute allows only 7.5 hours of credit to be earned per day.
