CONTINUING EDUCATION   PRE-LICENSING   EXAM PREP   APPRAISAL   HOME INSPECTION   PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

 

Upon successfully completing your course(s), your school administrator will send you your completion certification(s) and notify your state licensing agency, if required. There is no need to call, this will be done automatically. If requested, your certificate can be faxed to you. Same day, weekend or holiday service will be provided for a RUSH SERVICE FEE of $25. We request a three days notification if this service is needed. Be sure to read our School Policies for refund and cancellation procedures.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

 

The Rhode Island Real Estate Commission requires 18 hours of continuing education of which 6 hours MUST be a "CORE" course. Our Fair Housing course fulfills the "CORE" course requirement. No final exams are required; however, each course does have quizzes that must be passed to receive credit.
