CONTINUING EDUCATION PRE-LICENSING EXAM PREP APPRAISAL HOME INSPECTION PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Upon successfully completing your course(s), your school administrator will send you your completion certification(s) and notify your state licensing agency, if required. There is no need to call, this will be done automatically. If requested, your certificate can be faxed to you. Same day, weekend or holiday service will be provided for a RUSH SERVICE FEE of $25. We request a three days notification if this service is needed. Be sure to read our School Policies for refund and cancellation procedures.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
According to the Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons: a licensee can only get credit once for the same course, no matter if it is taught by a different sponsor, within a 3 year period. It is the licensee's responsibility NOT to retake the same course over again. Likewise, it is the licensee's responsibility to earn 6 hours of Con Ed credit each year of which 2 hours MUST BE the Michigan Law Update course. No final exams are required; however, each course does have quizzes that must be passed to receive credit.
