Speedy Education was founded by Steve Myers, Ph.D., CCIM, MAI, SRA. Steve's goal is to bring the highest quality continuing education courses in the most accessible format possible to real estate professionals. Working with major providers of distance learning programs from around the country, Speedy Education offers easy, convenient, affordable courses to meet all of your continuing education requirements.

OUR SCHOOL POLICIES
Admission Procedures
Our school has an open admission policy. We welcome all students who want to learn. Admission procedure is simple: just use our web site to select a course and then pay for it online or by mail. You can start the course on your own time schedule. If you prefer not to enroll online, please call or mail your information to us.
Non-Discrimination Policy
Speedy Education prohibits discrimination against current or prospective students and employees on the basis of race, color, sex, regligion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristic.
Refund Policy for Tuition Fees
School refund policy accesses a 15% or $20 service fee, whichever the greater amount, to all refunds. Online Exam Prep products are nonrefundable and expire 120 days from original date of purchase.
Cancellation of Enrollment
A student is required to notify the school of their intention to cancel a course and request a refund. Notification shall be in writing and sent to the school via email or US mail.
Course Prerequisites
None
Attendance, Leave, Absences, Makeup Work, and Tardiness
All courses are designed for distance learning and independent study and are monitored by the course itself via a time clock and completion schedule. All courses are self-contained and require no additional outside work from the course. Access to each course is determined by the course developer. Access to both RE Campus and Proschools courses are for one year. Access to CareerWebSchool courses are for six months with a two month paid extension. Access to North Carolina courses are set by state statute to be for 30 days.
Standards of Progress
Student progress will be self-directed. School officials will be available during normal business hours to assist students. Course reminders will be sent to each student via email and/or by telephone.
Grading
To receive credit and a Certificate of Completion, each student must complete all course requirements, i.e., lessons, quizzes, and final exams, if applicable. Passing grades are set by state statute and are either 70%, 75%, or 80%.
Completion of Courses
Upon successfully completing your course(s), your school administrator will send you your completion certification(s) and notify your state licensing agency, if required. There is no need to call, this will be done automatically. If requested, your certificate can be faxed to you. Same day, weekend or holiday service will be provided for a RUSH SERVICE FEE of $25. We request a three days notification if this service is needed.
Re-admission
Re-admission will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. An additional fee may or may not be assessed. Maximum fee will not exceed the original costs associated with the course in question.
Re-entrance
Re-entrance to a course due to an interruption will be handled in the same manner as a re-admission.
